✓ Was any re-work required after the project was completed? To date, we have received no request for re-work once a project has been completed.

✓ The number of returning clients for new projects: In the past year, 45% our new projects came from existing clients.

✓ We also look at the success rate of achieving specific regulatory designations for our clients, such as Orphan Drug Designations, Breakthrough Designations, or Pediatric Rare Disease Designations. To date, our success rate is over 90%.
